Declared a Monument of National Historical and Artistic Interest on 24 July 1969.
MAIN COLLABORATOR: the furniture, especially designed by Gaudí for this building,
was built by Casas & Bardès.
LATER INTERVENTIONS: the building has been conserved in excellent condition.
The ground floor, previously the commercial office of a textile company, today houses
the Casa Calvet Restaurant.
MATERIALS USED: façade made of Montjuïc stone bricks, load-bearing walls,
iron main beams, arched structures and a Catalan style roof terrace.
